Pavan addressed the batch of Metropolitan Magistrates on various issues pertaining to electronic evidence and evolving jurisprudence in India at the Delhi Judicial Academy at two day workshop organized by the Delhi Judicial Academy.

National Judicial Academy (2013)

Resource Person

Pavan Duggal was invited as a Resource Person at the National Conference of Judges of the District Judiciary on IPR and Cyber Laws, organized by the National Judicial Academy from October 25-27, 2013.

Pavan addressed the judges of the district courts, from various states, on the developments in the field of IPR and Cyber Laws. He also gave presentations on "Tracing the development of IT Laws in India" and "Types of Cybercrimes".
